He voted 11 times against bills that would increase funds for healthcare for
military veterans.

A great Republican.

Clean the skids out of your Reagan underoos and mop the drool off your

You lost to a "black man" who is smarter and better than you.
Get over it already or get the fuck out.

You are entitled to your opinion, reality however is not negotiable.

I liked McCain for a long while. In fact, until the GOP election smear machine
got hold of him, I liked him a lot.
But politics is not the same.

When Kerry was up against Bush? The choice was "The devil you know".

I wasn't shocked or dissappointed when Kerry lost.

Obama? His campaign made the Karl Rove campaigns look silly.

He deserved it. And his opponents were weak. Palin was a joke and McCain just
was yesterday!

Obama talked about "change" and "hope".

McCain realized that the opposite to "change" and "hope" was "no change" and "no
hope". So he suddenly got into "Change!"

If you liked how Rove did it in the past, he wasn't on the McCain campaign, but
was probably admiring the job that Obama's crew did.

There is no evidence that non citizens are included.

However, you seem to feel that the status quo is good. Even your elected
Republican elders think otherwise.

All I hear from you guys is "NO". You pretend that there isn't a problem.

There is a problem. The cost of health care is undermining industry and
capitalism.

No is not the answer. There is a big problem. It's been here for a long
time.

So called right wing "realists" fail to wake up and smell the coffee.

When NAFTA was signed, one of the key benefits to Canadian industry was single
payer health care. The Americans wanted Canada to drop to the lowest common

the advantage. It didn't happen.

But that was the idea of how things were during the Bush 41 days.

It's time that the USA moved up and met the standard, not demanding that ther
trading partners devolve to the gutter. Even Mexico has a better form of
social heath care, and it's a third world country.

It will never happen.

I have never heard of Joe Wilson before and have no idea where he
stands on various issues. He was heroic, when he called Obama out for
being a liar. Period.

But isn't it enlightning how the radical communists like yourself have
suddenly gone inot smear mode against the guy. That's the real story
here, isn't it! You have no answer to Wilson's truth telling so in
typical leftist fashion, you've gone into the smear mode.

What's beautiful about Joe's actions is that the post debate argument
is now focused on the integrity of Obama - he ain't faring too well in
that department.

Obama spent an hour trying to make the sale, but he got kicked to the
curb by two accurate words.

It was an "the emporor has no clothes" moment.

You neoclowns are liars who are confusing us with terms such as
"liberals" and "lefist socialist" and "communist".

There are no free thinking ways on your part; your mind is full of
racism and hatred and narrow mindness.

We all have heard Wilson's explanation of his outburst as being
representative of the passion he felt on the matter. Has his passion
included any legislation or amendments or anything else except his
behavior that night?

Reasonable post.

I agree there is indeed room for improvement in any legislation,
including HR 3200.

The prolem is that the Republicans are not debating or tyring to
improve the Healthcare reform legislation.
They simply see it as a tool to political hurt the President. They
need it to fail at all costs.

This is why it is a partisan issue and not a a debate on how best to
implement the policy.

While the Dems in the House created HR3200 they would not
allow the Repugs to participate. When the Dems were through
recording all of their wet dreams they dumped their monster bill
in the Representative's collective laps too late for anyone to read
through as a fiat accompli.

Tough shit.
The American People elected the Democrats to set policy.
This is simply a national case of being a sore loser.

Regardless, Obama gave the Right more opportunity then the Democrats
ever had when the Republicons were in power.
