As you extrapolate from the URL* and from similar stories, some
Government agencies and their friends are now blocking their people's
access to any URL containing "Wikileaks."
On the other hand, perhaps other Government people are actively LOOKING
for such URLs.
So I'm wondering if the net effect is more attention or less.
* I put "ref=alt.slack" to help the TPM site know where the page hit was
referred by.

Well, Mikey, if you suspect something and then you get confirmation
that your suspicions were right... yeah, Mikey. That could be classified
as a "surprise". From now on, US diplomats will have a hard time convincing
people they're not: spying on them, lying to them, manipulating them, pressuring
them etc etc. It's now a part of the public record. Now, Lizard Queen Hillary (tm)
can't just go in front of the cameras and lie her way out of a sticky situation.
You know, like 9/11 debunkers can't say shit when 5 9/11 commissioners
say they have been "stonewalled" (which means, 9/11 Commission findings
are somewhat innacurate, maybe even completely false).
But... even if you're right and there ain't one iota of "surprising" stuff in any
of the leaks... just look how crazy the establishment got! In one hand
you have people defending Assange, and in the other people who want
him (literally) dead. AND... if you're right, Mikey... it seems to be much
ado about nuffin, right? If it's nothing, why did establishment go bonkers?
If there is something important in those leaks, why do some people try
to downplay their significance?
You can look at it from many angles... and every time Assange emerges
on top of things.
Now, there's still a possibility that it's all a hoax, a grand performance
for the brainwashed and hopeless in order to tighten "security" and
whatnots. But somehow I doubt it.
We'll see if Assange gets his head straight and leaks something
relevant considering 9/11. If not, that means he's just another
gatekeeper. Like Chomsky or Goodman. And that, by association,
then goes for Ellsberg and other "respectable" journalists and
"activists" and whatnots.
9/11 to Wikileaks is what Wikileaks currently is to the establishment.
