>So you have swallowed the diversity kool-aid. There is no logic in that
>diversity makes a country stronger.
I never said it was logical. I said it was a fact and it is. Chinese
labor built the west end of the transcontinental railroad. Irish
immigrants and ex slaves built the east end of it. Wave after wave
from the Isles, Scandinavia, western, central, southern and eastern
Europe they have come. Each wave added to American culture and
American culture dominates this planet like no other.
Blacks have been an especially important part of this cultural
conquest of earth. From them we get jazz, blues - the roots of rock
and roll. Used to be an old tongue in cheek that we beat down the
USSR with Coca Cola (Anglo American), blue jeans (invented by a Jew)
and rock and roll (based on African music's).
But here's a bit of logic for you. America is the most ethnically
diverse nation on earth. It's also the richest, most powerful and
most culturally significant.
>People all on the same page is what
>makes a country stronger.
You mean like the Soviet Union? Where diversity was punished? Where
minorities were executed in boxcar lots? Where you could go to gulag
for having an original idea? They were all on the same page.
>If you are talking about immigration before
>Ted Kennedy ruined it, those people were forced into assimilation.
How did Ted Kennedy ruin it?
> The diversity advocates actively discourage assimilation,
It's not diversity advocates discouraging assimilation. It's bigots
and xenophobes like you who struggle mightily to exclude "their kind"
from mainstream society. It's so normal for you to hate, you don't
even realize you're doing it. You've done it in this post and I bet
you couldn't figure out where, to save your life.
>in order to pad their own little fiefdoms,
You mean like the one you've built for yourself in Mexico? You're an
expat. You have no credibility any more when it comes to national
pride or patriotism.
>whether it is the poverty industry, forcing
>employers to hire spanish speakers,
Nobody forces employers to hire Spanish speakers. They do it out of
choice because they work cheaper.
>or creating their own spanish language network.
What's wrong with that? I've never understood Americans' insistence
that everybody has to speak English.
> There are lots of vested interests that make money on
>people not assimilating.
There are lots of vested interests that make money on bigotry too.
>You are supporting those interests by backing
>diversity, not the silly stuff you regurgitated.
Good. I'm glad I'm supporting those who also support diversity
because I consider diversity to be America's greatest strength. It
always has been and it always will be.
