Disclosing every idea appropriate?

No! Some ideas are poisonous and they are better not disclosed. But what are they? every idea can eventually reach dangerous forms building bricks in the wrong direction? So which ideas are to be disclosed and which are not to be disclosed?

How can you know in what way they will be used until they are disclosed?
What if someone else secretly has the same idea and plans to deliberately
use it for harm?
Presenting ideas for discussion can illuminate potential ethical hazards and
alert us to be aware and on lookout for them...maybe find safeguards to
recognize and prevent...or at least discourage...misuse.

Agreed! But then who are those people to whom those ideas are to be disclosed? How to ensure in the lure of checking the idea tested it does not hit the wrong person?
