Actor Mike Hodge,born February 24th 1947,died September 9th 2017,
as announced the evening of the next day and widely published the
following day.His death was rather sudden,he had Tweeted earlier on the
day of his death about heading to the Labor Day parade in NYC.
He was president of the NY SAG-AFTRA local(reelected just last month),
a member of that union's national board,and a member of the NY State
AFL-CIO executive council.
He had been a union actor since 1974 and was a recurring performer
in the Law & Order franchise.
