was one of the most well known and beloved Native American actors of
his era. He was a renaissance man, having lived life to the fullest. A
boxer, a singer, an artist, a pro motorcycle racer, and the star of
the very first native language film, WINDWALKER. Everyone that knew
him loved him. There was nobody else like him. He had the patience of
a saint and the strength and wisdom to match. Nick was a devoted and
loving husband to his wife, Kaysie and an inspirational father to his
children, Maria, Demitrius, Nickolas, Jr., and Chase. We will miss our
"Pops".
