I saw this last year and asked someone who knows everything Jim
Morrison (whose name will not be repeated here) about Peggy. This
person had never heard of her, which is strange because Peggy
copyrighted Jim's handwritten "L.A. Woman" lyrics, as if he gave the
sheets to her. The Morrison expert claimed to have the original
lyrics, then someone else chimed in that Danny Sugerman owned the
lyrics. I sent an email to Jeff Jampol, thinking he would have the last
word, but he referred me back to the "someone who knows everything
about Jim Morrison" because Danny is unavailable.

Maybe an email to the former Kit Kat dancer who started the "Hollywood
Hangover" website will uncover the truth. Since Mr. Courson is on life
support and Mrs. Courson is not talking, they can no longer be
considered a reliable source.
(But where is the original print of "HWY"??)

Interesting site, looks like this individual has one of Jim's notebooks,
containing early drafts of some the poems that are in the Wilderness and
American Prayer books.
