Salvation is by God's grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. It has
nothing to do with any particular religious affiliation. Just as there
are many unsaved people who attend Christian churches, it is quite
possible that there are truly saved people found in non-Christian
churches. But if there are any, they are probably few and far between.
However, if one holds to the doctrines of the Mormon church, then no,
that person isn't going to heaven. The doctrines of Mormonism are in
opposition to the doctrines of Christianity.
