Sir Richard Branson has launched a scathing attack on Donald Trump,
revealing the presidential hopeful’s “vindictive streak” which was
exhibited during an encounter the pair had years ago.

The Virgin boss has described the first time he met Trump at his
apartment in Manhattan, New York.

The blog post reads: “Some years ago, Mr Trump invited me to lunch for a
one-to-one meeting at his apartment in Manhattan.

“We had not met before and I accepted. Even before the starters arrived
he began telling me about how he had asked a number of people for help
after his latest bankruptcy and how five of them were unwilling to help.

“He told me he was going to spend the rest of his life destroying these
five people.

“He didn’t speak about anything else and I found it very bizarre. I told
him I didn’t think it was the best way of spending his life. I said it
was going to eat him up, and do more damage to him than them.

‘He told me he was going to spend the rest of his life destroying these
five people.’

The Dims seem to be stunned that he actually pushes back. They are
used to dishing out whatever slander they like and their opponents
just sitting back and taking it.

Sounds consistent with the Trump we've all seen. The attacks on John McCain,
the disabled reporter, the Khans, spending 15 mins on a diatribe against
the publisher of the Union Leader because they endorsed another candidate,
all follow that pattern.

And one could argue that he has sewn up his defeat by not being able to
control that aspect of his personality. Hillary's people have scoped
out where his buttons are, Hillary has probably practiced and practiced
pushing them.... and Trump has obliged.

Best example of that was at the first debate, where Hillary brought
up Trump's attacks and issues with Rosie O'Donnell and the beauty
contestant. Trump took the bait and spent the next week tweeting,
talking, restarting all that. And if Hillary can play his hot buttons
to maneuver him, think about what our enemies can do. Very easy for
Putin or ISIS to stage something to get Trump to do something stupid,
like get us into another Vietnam.

My response to you is we would not be here if you Trumpets had listened
when folks like us warned you over and over that Trump was a totally
defective candidate, who could not win. And sorry, but I do feel the
US will be safer with Hillary as president than Trump. So, why should
we who oppose Trump have to shut up? We were right, as you're about to
see in a couple weeks.

I thought Ross Perot exhibited a similar (albeit nowhere near as
egregious...) flaw when he went all ballistic over somebody's remarks
about his family.... He sort of advertised to the world where one of his
weak spots was.

In any rational world, yes.... over-and-over....

Don't forget: 250 years ago people in this type of power struggle would
be killing each other. This is *serious* combat we're talking about
and anybody at that level who doesn't do everything in their power is
going to be dead meat.

By-and-large, these are *not* nice people.

Just watched episode #6 of "The Contenders" about Ross Perot and Ralph
Nader (http://www.pbs.org/the-contenders/episodes/independents/)

Turns out that Perot's decision to withdraw from the race came out of
the RNC's "Dirty Tricks" team's intent to disrupt his daughter's
wedding. Googling, I came away with something about faked nude pictures
of the daughter.

But I have to wonder if Perot's revelation about his family being such a
hotspot proceeded the RNC's "Dirty Tricks" stunt - and maybe gave them
the inspiration...

Imagine how much fun Putin would have had with him. It's no wonder the
Russians want to take Hillary down.

But, thank you Trump and his wacko supporters. You been a great gift to
America.

Before the DNC hacking thing, my guess would have been that Putin would
prefer Clinton because of Trump's unpredictability and emotional
problems - his predictable responses to having his buttons pushed
notwithstanding.

The Clinton-Nuland connection can't please Putin to say nothing of the
other two members of the coven, Rice and Power. All are committed to
regime change under the color of humanitarian intervention. When it
comes to Syria Clinton will rush in where Obama fears to tread.

Trump is a crap shoot but Clinton has a track record with Russia
starting with that mislabeled 'reset' button. It reminds me of 2008 when
the American Conservative leaned toward Obama. McCain is an insane hawk
but there was the possibility Obama might be a little better. That has
been true to some extent although Obama did let Clinton gull him into
destroying Libya.

You are a really great wordsmith. Just wonderful how you ignore facts.
With your head up Hillary's ass, can you wiggle your ears?!

P.S. I have never voted for Trump. Maybe you've not heard of the
"silent" voters that can't stand Hillary. They don't hate the bitch,
they just can't stand her or her progressive socialist agenda. Much
like you she is a bleeding heart give away artist.

I don't ignore facts. I just don't believe made up "facts", like nearly
every one of Trumps. Hillary wouldn't be my first choice, but she's a
long shot ahead of almost anyone on the Repub side.
