NY POST/PAGE SIX...

MULTI-millionaire motivational speaker Tony Robbins' soon-to-be-ex-wife is
seeking a restraining order to stop him from buying his girlfriends cars and
breast implants with their company's money.

In June, after 15 years of marriage, Becky Robbins, co-founder and vice
president of the Robbins Research International, which took in $50 million in
1999, filed for divorce. She claims that toothy 6-foot-7 Tony - whose fans
include President Clinton, Mikhail Gorbachev and Nelson Mandela - has been on a
wild spending spree ever since.

Becky, 50, charges that Robbins, 40 - who has sold 30 million motivational
tapes, written three best sellers, and is said to be worth $400 million - used
the company Lear jet for trips around the world, bought a new boat, a virtual
golf machine and two Harleys.

But Becky also alleges he slapped down over $300,000 on a new house for a woman
friend, and $28,000 on a new car and $18,000 for breast implants for his new
girlfriend, who's half his age.

On grounds that his profligacy threatens the security of the company, Becky is
seeking a restraining order on Robbins' spending from California Superior
Court, according to sources close to the case.

Robbins was most likely referring to his girlfriend when he told CNN's
"Pinnacle" about his perfect day recently: "Make love to my lady . . . go ride
the Harley with my lady, go boating, go play polo, you know, that type of
thing."

About his split from Becky and the fate of their four children from previous
relationships, Robbins said, "It was the toughest decision I've made in my life
because I want to make everybody happy. The last thing I want to do is
something that would hurt somebody else's feelings."

Robbins continued: "We had different directions for our life, different needs,
different desires and we're very different people in many ways."

"Your information about the restraining order is totally false," insists
Robbins' rep, Stephen Jaffe. "The public record speaks for itself in terms of
the case. He flies all over the place for work. He bought the two Harleys for
himself.

"He has invested in a house, but it had nothing to do with a ‘woman friend,'
and Becky signed off on it. He did not buy anyone a car. I have no comment on
breast implants. I'm not going to characterize his relationships . . . This is
evidently part of a smear campaign."

"She's not speaking about this right now," says Becky's rep.

Sorry for your unhappiness. Maybe if you write a book, make millions of
dollars or invent something you too can have someone in your life. There's
still a chance. Well, maybe not. Sorry!
