HOLD THE PRESSES, NOW THE SCHRODIE SAYS THAT """ONE CAN NEVER PROVE A
THEORY""" Look you dumbass, global warming is a theory that will never be
proven, because it is not real. But how can you say that the theory that the
Earth was round was not proven by spacecraft that photographed it from
above.

Do you take pills for your condition? because if not you really need to see
a doctor.

There was no theory that the earth was wrong. "The earth is round" is
not an explanation. "The earth is round" is a fact.

"Two objects attract each other" is also not a theory but a fact. We
call this attraction "gravity."

Newton came up with a theory about gravity -- attactive forces between
the 2 objects. Einstein came up with a different theory about gravity
-- curved space-time. Einstein's theory has supplanted Newton's for
the time being (although when gravity is incorporated into quantum
mechanics, most scientists think that will provide a better and more
complete theory of gravity).

Again, I suggest you enroll in a nearby community college and take a
science class. Even if you drop out after the first week, you'll
learn what a theory is.

Well, round can mean a circular flat disc.

You mean the earth is ellipsoid.

What about 2 electron objects.

Or 2 magnets pushing apart.

I meant round, I could also have used the word sphere, I suggest you pick up
a thesaurus and stop acting like a child, unless of coarse you are a child.
That being said I am doubtful that you can grasp the concept that
Christopher Columbus and other mariners after him clearly proved that the
oceans had no edge to fall off of. However the theory that the Earth was in
fact round (or whatever adjective your little mind prefers) was not proven
completely and absolutely in the minds of the meek until the first
spacecraft got far enough from the earth to photograph the curvature of the
Earth. I remember this time and the photo, it was magical. Thus schrodies
babble that no theory can ever be proven is just more of the global warming
religions pick and choose the info that suits their needs mentality. It is a
sad religion.

----
During the early Middle Ages, virtually all scholars maintained
the spherical viewpoint first expressed by the Ancient Greeks.
By the 14th century, belief in a flat earth among the educated
was essentially dead.

Irving's biography of Columbus
One of his more fanciful embellishments was a highly unlikely
tale that the more ignorant and bigoted members on the commission
had raised scriptural objections to Columbus's assertions that
the Earth was spherical.[17]

In your mind virtually all middle age scholars believed as you say, just
like all scientist (whatever that is anyway) believe in global warming
caused by man. Of coarse Ivar Giaever the dude who won a nobel prize for
electron tunneling and who thinks that global warming actually refers to a
wacky religion as do I think yer a religious fanatic, who has no interest in
the truth, if it differs from what your god (Al Gore) has proclaimed.

Now grow up already.

I don't believe in AGW, or any God.

Jim, how many times do you have to be told that it's "of course?"

I suppose you still think that the bears are eating their small change

It's no wonder that you're wrong so much, you simply have an innate

AGW is an observed fact. God is not. Rush thinks that the creator
would not creat us to destroy the earth. Is Rush real?

ø Not true, buddy!!
Not even close.
It is a 4 way ellipse.

ø erschroedinger AKA Lloyd Parker has lost it.
He may soon lose his Jr College teaching job.
A few years back Emory required him to stop
posting on usenet. He had to buy a pay site &
select a nym away from the school.

You can see heat?

As I have pointed out elsewhere in the Lloyd Parker thread.
It's all models, what the unadjusted troposphere readings
do pick up is cooling.

God is not.

Clearly

As a newcomer to the Planet of the Apes might say,
I don't know what you're talking about.

It's far more than your spelling that is wrong, Jim. That you don't
understand that is the main symptom of your problem. You are living
proof that there are some innately dumb people who just *cannot*
learn.

Go feed some more nickels and dimes to the bears, you pathetic idiot.

It is measureable of course.

According to skeptical scientist increased levels of carbon dioxide
(CO2) in the atmosphere have resulted in the warming of the
troposphere and cooling of the stratosphere.

Graphs and everything.

Rush Limbaugh who is republican talk radio and tv commentator with
an audience of 14 million says that the creator would not create
something that would destroy itself. If you never heard of him it is
fine you never missed much. Video of what the clown said is here.
