Icewind Dale Errors???

Unfortunately, the solution on the Interplay website won't fix this error on
my machine.

Only get error after Wyrm's tongue, and therefore can't go any farther,
Interplay support are trying to be helpful.

Will pass on the news once I get a solution, if someone else gets one please
let me know.
