because they never have a rigorous analysis of valuing assets based on
the assets true underlying "fundamentals" which cannot be known, one
mans treasure is another mans trash. So since bubbles or over valuing
occurs even from properly valued assets it is corruption that also

The only proper model it to stop living like we are all kings

mankind would just gather free food and then build shelters.
Then learned to farm and that still gets you realitivly free food

built machines to do the work

mention personally detached from the realities that machines have
helped us overcome. Try walking two miles down to the store and buying
groceries and walking home with them. You would be limited to what you
could buy. More importantly you would notice things along your way
that you would certainly not have noticed otherwise. Even dead animals
along the roadside take on a whole new relevance when you have to walk
by the carcass, smell the rotting flesh, behold the mangled meat and
guts. Depending on the time of year you will sometimes find dead
animals with dead babies all around the mothers carcass having been
run over as they hovered near mothers dead carcass. You cant see that
from the car. Sometimes buzzards will be nearby and you can get a much
longer and closer look at these while walking. The whole scene becomes
very personal.
Imagine yourself having to cut your own timber and build your own
house with hand tools. It certainly wouldn't be something you were
paying for for 30 years! Much cheaper by hand and not as much work
really when you consider how much time you work to pay off a thirty
year load.
NOW! Imagine if your a preacher that has to go door to door building a
flock. No long distance isolation behind a TV camera. You cant just
walk out of the studio every night to you seclusion and isolation like
some techno star out in tv land. Your not a celebrity at all. You have
to sit where they set and eat what they eat. Much harder to pass
yourself off as a superstar. This is what modern communication devices
have produced mostly. Isolated, out of touch, otherwise useless

Six months after Saddam took oil off of the dollar and to the euro

Iran threatened the same thing but they don't have the power to

holding way too much of our bad debt. Those sub prime loans were
bundled with other investments and sold to among other places China.
The world thought that the cheap investment was going to pay off
pretty nicely until everyone found out that the world is holding a
bunch of worthless paper that will probably never be paid.

President Barack Obama said Saturday that China could have "absolute
confidence" in the American economy, after Beijing pointedly
questioned the safety of its huge haul of U.S. government debt.
Obama took up comments by China's Premier Wen Jiabao on Friday, which
represented a rare assessment by Beijing on the health of the U.S.
economy and the prospects for China's hundreds of billions of dollars
in Treasury bonds.
"Not just the Chinese government, but every investor can have absolute
confidence in the soundness of investments in the United States,"
Obama said after meeting Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva
at the White House.
"There is a reason why even in the midst of this economic crisis you
have seen actual increases in investment flows here in the U.S."
"I think it is a recognition that the stability not only of our
economic system but also our political system is extraordinary."
Obama said that his comments were applicable to both U.S. Treasury
instruments and investments in the U.S. private and industrial
sectors.
Wen told reporters in Beijing on Friday that he was concerned about
China's huge stake in the U.S. economy as it endures the worst crisis
in generations.
"We have lent huge amounts of money to the United States. Of course we
are concerned about the safety of our assets," Wen said.
"To be honest, I am a little bit worried and I would like to ... call
on the United States to honor its word and remain a credible nation
and ensure the safety of Chinese assets."
Wen's comments caused a stir in global markets, and were the latest
disturbance to the critical U.S.-Chinese relationship early in Obama's
administration.
Last week, military tensions rose after the United States said Chinese
boats harassed the U.S. Navy surveillance vessel Impeccable in the
South China Sea, forcing the ship to take emergency action to avoid a
collision.
Beijing said the vessel was on a spying mission.
China also balked at U.S. comments on the human rights situation in
Tibet - but both sides tried to smooth over the row with Foreign
Minister Yang Jiechi's visit to the White House on Thursday.
Beijing held US$727.4 billion in U.S. Treasury bonds at the end of
last year, just ahead of Japan, the holder of US$626 billion in bonds,
according to U.S. government data.
As the largest creditor to the United States, China is "extremely
interested in developments in the U.S. economy," Wen said.
Analysts say a loss of confidence in U.S. Treasury securities could
cause a dramatic drop in the dollar and force Washington to pay higher
interest rates.
In February, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton asked China to keep on
buying U.S. debt, saying it could help jumpstart the flagging U.S.
economy and stimulate imports of Chinese goods.
"By continuing to support American Treasury instruments the Chinese
are recognizing our interconnection. We are truly going to rise or
fall together," Clinton said.
Most of China's foreign exchange reserves, which reached US$1.95
trillion by the end of 2008, is believed to be held in the greenback.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Friday that "there's no safer
investment in the world than in the United States." Obama rolled out
an audacious US$3.55 trillion budget proposal last month that bristles
with economic reforms and spending on healthcare, climate change and
education. The budget forecasts a US$1.750 trillion deficit in fiscal
2009, but foresees that figure falling to US$1.171 trillion in 2010.
The Chinese reportedly are concerned about the enormous amount of
borrowed money, including Obama's nearly US$800 billion stimulus,
being used to boost U.S. growth.

Insurance is a scam ponsi scheme because once a claim is filed the
insurance
company has to then go out and get more clients in order to pay claims
