Anyone know the coordinates of the asteroid (or simliar space object) that
was named after FZ? Where the hell is it? And at what magnitude?
Anyone?

The following Planet Zappa Information was supplied by Brian Marsden of the
IAU. The object is supposedly a 5 mile long hunk of rock the only surface
feature of which is a mountain with a tree growing offa its shoulder. I have
never seen an image of it so you will have to synthesize such an image by
submersing your head in wine vinegar (wassail can be substituted during the
Holidays) and closing your eyes real tight. Then have someone else, lightly
at first but then increasingly hard, wallop your head with a ball peen
hammer. Works for me.

>I give here the orbital elements and
an ephemeris (beginning in September) that you might be able to use to
find the object:

Well, since it is asteroid, it doesn't have 'coordinates'. It has an
orbit.
