Could anyone attended or attending SCUPS give some comments about its
applied computer science program or other programs and its reputation?

You might want to a search of this news group using
http:/?www.dejanews.com You will find many comments on SCUPS. I don't
remember any that were favorable.

Last week's Chronicle of Higher Education reported that the government
of Thailand identified SCUPS as "a diploma mill" (their words, not mine)
and banned them from operating there.

The February 1995 issue of Spy Magazine reported on a "sting" operation
in which a number of schools, including SCUPS, agreed to sell their
undercover reporter various degrees. TheSCUPS price, Spy reported, was
$10,000. Two years later, SCUPS had neither asked for a retraction nor
sued Spy Magazine.
