a nightmare. It first came with out any info. Second after hooking
it up and getting the necessary software it was not being recognized
so I emailed both sales and tech support for dsstoolz.com with no
response finally by my fifth email where I was getting nasty at this
point I received a response asking basic questions. The third was on
July 16th asking what the dip switches were set to. The mik III does
not have dip switches to which I kindly replied that that was the last
email I received from them after several attempts meaning one or two a
day with no responce, even with me stating that I will be more than
happy to work with them even giving them my home number I got nothing.
I sent a final stating I was sending it back and I have yet to
receive anything. I would not recommend this company to any one. If
you are planning on ordering from them save you money. I do have all
my emails saved both that I received and sent with no help. Please do
not make the same mistake I made and order from DSSTOOLS.COM.

check to see what flash he has by selecting 'check card info' in
ExtremeHU and look for 'Atmel: M6.2'. Another thing that is
important, is that he should be inserting his HU card with the white
side up and gold chip in first. If he is looking for the special
Mikobu III software he can find it by selecting 'unloop card' and the
exclusive Mikobu III unlooping window will appear.

came with and You are NOT suppose to flash the MIKOBU III. I did lots
of research. Would help if support ever answered me back. I got two
responces and the last one asked what the dip switches were set to.
If they new anything about the MIK they would know it does not have
any. And to answer dssliquidators I am puting it in chip side up and
in. But I am not getting that far. It is not recognizing the unit
(meaning the MIK III) I changed it to several com ports and it never
recognized it. I think I have been very patient. Last night I email
customer support for a RMA number which they say I need to return it
and I still have not gotten a responce. I was choosing between
DSSTOOLZ.com and DSSLIQUIDATORS.COM looks like I made the wrong
choice.
