Is the homeless felon Ray Karczewski in jail again?

Only incarceration imposed by his superior master, the goodly Sheriff Gil
Gilbertson would keep the homeless felon silent for this long, particularly
since there is no longer a gagging corpsewife for Ray to command as a
subservient secretary to report jailhouse kookery.

So what was it this time? Part time incarceration for several days per
week for refusal to pay on the convict's impound account.... or did the
homeless felon finally stalk the wrong person ala Kathy Dean who is a
previous victim whose husband was jailed for chicken theft?

He's working on a six thousand page, unreadable, in depth evaluation
of some obtuse crap about being 'A Christ.' I'm sure he will have it
up on Usenet, in all its mind numbing entirety, the minute he finishes
it.
