This spam thread in this acf group started back in 2007. Since then,
the promoted sites hire2hack and its sequel hiretohack have died
(currently name for sale) and in 2014 there were articles about email
pwd hackers being arrested in several countries, with some other site names.

There are still blog sites where the services of hacking an email
account's pwd are being offered. The deal is that you give them the
email address, they crack it, then they send you evidence that they've
cracked the account.

Then, for the customer to get the access to the target account, they
send the cracker $200 and the cracker provides the pass. In the past,
the service may have been offered for less, say $150.
