Celtic and Old English Saints 2 July

* St. Swithin of Winchester
* St. Oudoc of Llandaff

St. Oudoc of Wales, Abbot
(Oudecus, Oudoceus, Eddogwy)
Died c. 600. About 545, the pious Prince Budic of Brittany, migrated
with his family to Wales, where Saint Oudaceus is said to have been born
soon after. Oudaceus was the disciple and nephew of Saint Teilo
(f.d.February 9). Following the inspired training of Teilo, Oudaceus
became a monk at Llandogo (and some say its bishop about 580). He
succeeded his uncle as abbot of Llandeilo Fawr.

Very important period of history as perhaps having contemporary relation
to Kuran, can you tell us more about these individuals?

I've sent the email to you so you can respond to your subject.

In his day 99.2% or thereabouts of the population of Wales followed the
Christian god. Today it is probably close to 48%

These are the kind of facts we should be studying and asking "How Come"?
Not pandering after comments by folks who lived a simple life and if
compared to the life of today, - an existence comprised comparatively of
'ignorance'

Or as the Welsh say "Quaratug"
[The spelling may be wrong but it means 'fair play' in English. Remember
to pronounce your 'u' in Welsh as 'ee']
