My Regrets To a Meeting

Like all the other residents of [R= Redacted] I have received both A) A notice bearing the faint stamp of the [R] Residents' Improvement Association and announcing a "Safety Town Hall Meeting" today, Friday 13th May, featuring the SFPD and our District 3 Supervisor, Aaron Peskin and B) Another notice on stationery of the S.F. Housing Authority and bearing the name of employee La Tonya Glover announcing also today at any hour between 09:00 and 5 p.m. a "mandatory pest inspection" of my home featuring the intrusion of subcontracted strangers with dogs who may, among other things, at their own sole discretion remove all my bedding.

Strongly disliking the idea of abandoning my home to the invasion of people and animals unkown to me, at least to any degree greater than necessary under compulsion, I must therefore now be prepared to miss the RIA Safety Meeting. I also mention in passing that A) Except for the recent arrival of one small mouse, my own unit is without pests and B) British billionaire Richard Branson recently and without warning cut off my "Lifeline" telephone service, thus preventing me from contacting Ms. Glover about today's schedule conflict, among other things.

Therefore #2, I now FTR or "For The Record" express my concerns relating to the gathering:

First: We residents of public housing should establish convenient online communications between ourselves as the first step in our common empowerment. This measure elementary, obvious and also requiring some refinements WRT primary languages and the division of SFHA residents citywide between various new private managers, prominently including from our POV the Chinatown Community Development Center*

Do we successfully establish the optimum number of such "newsgroups" or digital "bulletin boards" open to posting by all concerned residents in their own primary languages, then we shall have taken a big step forward in developing our community spirit and in protecting our interests, especially during the impending trying period involving uprooting all of us --at least temporarily-- from our homes.

Second, WRT "safety": I would fain call to the attention of the gathering that Mayor Ed Lee, Police Chief Greg Suhr and other SF officials are under reasonable suspicion of complicity in murder in one or more of the following cases within the last two years here in the City, as detailed below in Alpha.

Supervisor Peskin seems so far to have remained silent on this notorious subject of police murder, unlike his four colleagues Jane Kim, David Campos, Eric Mar and John Avalos. Mr. Peskin also ignored my written questions to him during his successful campaign last Fall, as copied below in Beta.

We residents of [R] of the City of San Francisco, of the USA and of Earth in general indeed face grave questions WRT both our common safety and to establishing justice under world law.

#1.) Should our City of SF promote free and general online discussion by establishing a newsgroup wherein posting is restricted to those parties displaying either local voter registration or membership in our Public Library?

Certain Malign Forces or CMF's have largely destroyed the old Usenet as a useful venue, mainly by abusing anonymous orifices to dump there large loads of garbage.
Restricting posting to known local individuals identified by their true names should be able to clear away that problem, especially with the addition of a reasonable restriction on the maximum number of daily posts from any given eddress.

We should also follow the Usenet example in providing for easy & permanent archival retrieval, thus far surpassing MZ's FB in quality, without even mentioning the latter's arbitrary censorship and obnoxious ad infestation.

A modest consulting fee from the City to a sympathetic expert from somebody's Department of Media, Culture, and Communication could enable a smoothly running operation.

Should any of the aforementioned CMF's try to sabotage the San Francisco Online Conversation, then we could consider further countermeasures.

#3.) PFAB = "Please Find Appended Below" in Alpha a copy of a petition which I proposed last week on the subject of art & world justice. Do either of you care to sign on to the extremely "controversial" --in US MSM terms-- position of opposing the Jew State's massacre of children, witch SF is currently subsidizing?

Perhaps this third item also hints at the identity of the CMF's mentioned above?
