Hi
due to lack of knowledge preferred to turn off the systems, it seems that some things are not as they should be temperatuda rpm discs would like some help from friends to solve

Yes, the system temperature (electronic board) is too hot, but the fan is already turning at full speed, so the system is working OK and after a while the temperature should drop and the fan should start turning at a lower speed.
The disks temperatures are OK.

The (probable) reason why the system temperature is so high is because you must have some service working hard (the CPU Load is at 2.5).
Don't start services that you don't need, the NAS is not a desktop computer, it's much less powerful.
Also some services use the processor (CPU) a lot when then are started for the first time, because they might be scanning your disks searching for videos or music. When then finish doing that everything should return to normal.

Ah, and the "Auto-refresh" check button on the Status page also consumes some CPU, so don't leave it checked if not needed.
