"On Alt-F-1.0, the kernel version (uname -r) is 4.4.86, not 4.4.45 as your
modprobe list shows. You must have the 1.0 snapshot installed, not the
final 1.0, please install it (be sure to read the release README, at least
the last paragraph)"

Joao, what is the url to download the alt-f 1.0 final image for a dns323? I only see one alt-f 1.0 here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/alt-f/files/Releases/1.0/
is this the correct URL to get 1.0 final image?

Thanks in advance,
Gregory

Yes, of course... is there something wrong that I have missed?

The snapshots were something like https://sourceforge.net/projects/alt-f/files/Snapshots/YYYY-MM-DD/...
Unfortunately the snapshots had the Alt-F version encoded as "1.0", so users might think that they have the final 1.0. The kernel version disambiguates that, and it is displayed also in the Firmware Upgrade webUI.

Thanks in advance,
Gregory

NVM flashed it again and this time it took. Thanks for the quick response Joao.

So I downloaded the bin file located here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/alt-f/files/Releases/1.0/

flashed by box and still kernel 45

see attached pic for error on this url:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/alt-f/files/Snapshots/YYYY-MM-DD/...
