I have not used forked-daapd in a long time. And wonder if this error, seen in the attached log, has to do with RC4-1. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I have found on google, from someone who this is the problem and showed how they fixed it. I hesitated doing the same on Alt-F but I went and could not find the file mentioned. [2011-02-15 22:26:56] raop: Couldn't make timing socket: Address family not supported by protocol [2011-02-15 22:26:56] raop: Couldn't make control socket: Address family not supported by protocol That happens when module af_packet is not loaded. And that was the case. So you have to put af_packet into /etc/modules so that Debian will load it at boot time. Those are diagnostic messages, not necessarily errors.Have you searched the ticket bug system on sourceforge?
