how to I know if my release contains the fixes listed here?

Where Can I see it?

On the status page it says:

"Alt-F 0.1RC4.1 with kernel 3.10.32, and flashed with Alt-F-0.1RC4.1, initrd."

From the file names you see those are for RC4.
RC4.1 includes all those fixes and there are no new fixes for it. You will be warned in the Status page of new fixes and can apply them using System Utilities, fixes.
