How would you import a few Alchemy pages from an old backup into a current system?

Hello,

things with Alchemy are going well so far. I have just one problem:

Some time ago we deleted pages on our production environment and created new pages in the meantime.

Now I need to import 35 of those old pages that I found in a backup, but also keep the newly created pages.

How would you do this? Is there a best practice? They would be the first pages for a new language.
