The Friends of Albany Parks is hosting its Memorial Park
Clean-up Day on Saturday, we will be taking care of some spring cleaning
projects and we want as many volunteers as we can get out there!
The Friends of Albany Parks is a program dedicated to improving the local green spaces in Albany, the Friends of Albany Parks have monthly clean-up days and community discussions aimed at addressing particular needs in our parks as well as helping with maintenance and beautification of our spaces. Clean-up days (like the one on Saturday) will offer volunteers different projects that will bolster our parks and keep them in tip-top shape for the summer!
We will provide everyone with a FREE T-SHIRT and FREE LUNCH!
When: Saturday, April 11th @ 9:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Albany’s Memorial Park, right next to Albany High School, HERE!
Even if you can only stay for an hour or two please come and help us out! Volunteers are what make Albany such a fantastic place to live!
