Which tool to open the airgo schematic file

Hi all.
I am new for this project. I want to know which tool to open airgo schematic file. I tried Altium design but failed.
And can anyone explain the algorithm airgo used in averaging the paticle data.
I see the algorithm is like: delta = (2*total_sample - last_average_sample)/20
But what I understand is that average_sample = total_sample / 5
