It appears the CO sensor in my Egg has malfunctioned.
The egg has been reporting 0ppb for months.
I do get occasional spikes that seem unrealistic.
3845 ppb September 6 2016
37523 ppb December 26 2016

My egg data can be found at
https://personal.xively.com/feeds/1769739884

Is it possible to replace the damaged sensor?
Are there trouble shooting steps or re-calibration steps that can be performed?

Hi Tracy,

It appears that you are using a version 1 egg. As per this post, v1 eggs have been deprecated since September 2015.
We are happy to give you a discount on purchasing a version 2 egg - please email sup...@wickeddevice.com and we would love to assist you with the transition.

This blog post explains why we stopped visualizing data on Xively.

All the best
Dirk
