Regarding Dust particle measurements.

Hi I am new to the air quality egg. We as a class project installed an egg and have started getting readings. But one of the measurements of dust particles is in pcs/283ml. Can any soul let me know how to interpret this results and how to compare them with the regulatory standards that use microgram/cubic meters.
