3D printer help

Hi, I've been trying to figure out how to print on the big Replicator printer the past couple of days with limited success. Currently, the problem appears to be that the platform does not heat up properly. 

Will there be a 3D printing class anytime soon, or is there anyone experienced with 3D printing who will be available soon to help?

I'm not sure what the status of the replicator is, but I can be at the space tomorrow to help out if you are available. Let me know what time works.
