Nashville Agile User Group Meeting

When: Nov 12th Noon
Where: Vaco Offices, 5410 Maryland Way, Suite 410, Brentwood, TN
37027

Discussion Topic:"Fostering Real Culture Change"

Transitioning to Agile is more than adopting a few processes here and there. Agile most often means significant changes to the culture and values of a company and when that does not happen the adoption struggles and the true benefits are not realized. But culture does not come quick or easy and companies will limp along with a poor implementation of Agile or blame the lack of results on the process itself and go back to their old ones. This meeting we are going to talk about these struggles and how to get everyone on board with the adoption. Are you having similar problems? Have you some insight on how to overcome them? Come join us and share!
(but it is not required).

Please spread the word to people who are using an Agile
process currently, and those who are interested in learning more.
This meeting is an open discussion so anyone can join in and share
their experiences. Pizza and drinks will be provided and attendance
is FREE thanks to our sponsor Vaco ( http://www.vaco.com/nashville).
