Nashville Agile User Group Meeting

When: June 11th 12:00 PM
Where: Vaco Offices, 5410 Maryland Way, Suite 410, Brentwood, TN
37027

Discussion Topic:"Definition of Done"

Delivering in short iterations as prescribed by most Agile approaches
is hard to do. Put on top of that the fact that those deliverables
should be production ready and you can really struggle to finish them
on time and with the appropriate amount of quality. Enter the
"Definition of Done" where teams outline everything that must be done
for a deliverable to be considered truly complete and production
ready. No more asking your developers "Is it done?" to which they
emphatically respond "Yes!" only to find out is was not "done done".
We'll discuss the value in creating your team's own Definition of Done
and what to take in consideration when creating it.

Feel free to register at http://www.facebook.com/events/371357942922820/
(but it is not required).

Please spread the word to people who are using an Agile
process currently, and those who are interested in learning more.
This meeting is an open discussion so anyone can join in and share
their experiences. Pizza and drinks will be provided and attendance
is FREE thanks to our sponsor Vaco ( http://www.vaco.com/nashville).
