In linux simply use “ln -s”


ln -s /root/lib/Model /admin/lib/
ln -s /root/lib/Model /frontend/lib/

If you are using Agile Toolkit 4.3, then you can create "shared/lib" folder, which would be available from admin, frontend, etc. Here is documentation:
