Trump can say “WHATEVER” FUCKING pleases him! He is the President of the USA not the President of Nigeria, and Nigerians do not THINK Mohammadu “LAZY” Buhari, a self-proclaimed WORLD renown DEBTOR, a bonafide DESPOT, “second to none”, has integrity. Second, it is totally INSIGNIFICANT to the masses given the economy is not working for the people. There is no bloody jobs in Nigeria, a place, where real UNEMPLOYMENT exceeds 50% compared to another place where the economy has FULL EMPLOYMENT, meaning there are jobs for everyone and anyone that wants to work or need a job. 

Lord have mercy, Nigeria’s Education is Truly 3rd World given the “products” of Nigeria’s Universities such as Ayo Ojutalayo.

Prime Minister Theresa May recently apologized to Commonwealth Heads of States for leaving them with laws with "no gay agenda" at independence. It was the same advise that Obama gave every African HOS he met. Obama knew that purchasing ammunition was being used as an opportunity to loot by Jonathan, Dasuki and others. That was the reason for not selling ammunition to Jonathan. You would have been right if Trump did not specify integrity. With the background of looting by third world countries' leaders, with the background of America's refusal to sell attack helicopters to Nigeria during Obama's presidency (because of Jonathan's government's corruption), with the background of PMB being seen by Europe and North America's governments as anti-corruption crusader (before and after his election), Trump saying Buhari is a man of integrity was not said in isolation of the backgrounds mentioned above. It was not being diplomatic or being nice to a guest. It was talking from the heart.

If the briefing given to Trump before his meeting with PMB did not confirm Buhari living up to the anti-corruption leader label, there was no way Trump would have told Buhari: "Your integrity is second to none". That is a loaded statement to be said to the President of a country with notoriety for corruption and looting by politicians and government officials.
