SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake

Our internal tool runs on 2 servers and recently we seeing this error on one of the server. Is there anything we need to look into ?

Generally, this looks like a network layer issue. Please check your network / check with ISP.

We don't see other users affected.
