Hi,

You may use the AdwordsUserListService.get() to retrieve list of audiences available in the AdWords API. Additionally, you may refer to this guide for detailed information about Remarketing and Audience Targeting.

On the other hand, it seems that the YouTube users or video remarketing lists is only available via the AdWords UI. However, you can opt to create audience lists eligible to serve on Google Search, YouTube, and Gmail but will not be available on the Google Display Network.
