Make a manual payment in API, get requisites

Could you please clarify some questions for me?
- Is it possible to set/get payment source requisites (who pays) in API?
- Is it possibleto to get payment destination requisites (of client account) to make a payment from external payment system?

Please see my answers below:

- Is it possible to set/get payment source requisites (who pays) in API?

Unfortunately, the API does not support setting up a billing account at this time. It can only be done in AdWords UI. However, you should be able to get it using the API with BudgetOrderService, but you need to get whitelisted first to be able to use this service. Your Google representative should be able to help you with the whitelisting process.

 

- Is it possible to get payment destination requisites (of client account) to make a payment from external payment system?

As informed in the first question, the API does not support creating or editing the invoice setup.
