Basic operations scripts return 0 results

Hello,

I recently got a developer token approved with Basic Access and I am trying to run some of the basic operations PHP scrips like GetCampaigns or GetAdGroups. I am not able to get any results, for each of these scrips I am getting this output:

Number of results found: 0

Do you have any idea what should I do next?

Hi Bogdan,

Could you confirm if you specified a manager account as your clientCustomerId in your request? If so, then this is the cause why the response is always zero for the two services that you mentioned.

Most of our services such as CampaignService and AdGroupService need a clientCustomerId as the client account, and not a manager account. Please use a client account instead and let me know if it works. If this is not the scenario, then kindly provide your SOAP request and response logs via Reply privately to author option.
