Hi,

1.Is there any way to use the Display Ad Builder with Google AdWords API?
2. if not , is there any way to upload Google Web Designer Ad template (Zip) with Google AdWords API?

You can create some of the ads available in the Display Ads Builder as TemplateAds. Check out our Template Ads guide for more information.
