Hi.

Do you provide API that could differentiate campaign created through API and Adwords?
(How can we differentiate campaign created between API and Adsword?)

Hi, 

Unfortunately, the API does not have any service that provides this information. 

As a workaround, you could check the change history from the AdWords UI and differentiate them by using the appropriate filter. You could also add a label while you create the campaign via the API which can be later used to identify the campaigns created by the API.
