Cannot find AdWords API Center

Hi All,

I was trying to get a Developer Token but I cannot find the link to Adwords API Center neither using the new interface nor the old one.

I tried to switch from new to old interface, but still there is no link to Adwords API Center, I've also checked for banner saying "test account" but I couldn't find any.

Any help would be great, thanks!

Hi,

It seems like the AdWords account you created was a production client account that is why you cannot see the AdWords API Center page. You could only get the developer token using an AdWords production manager account. You may sign up for an AdWords manager account if you haven't done so by following this guide. Once the sign up was complete, you may look for your developer token on the AdWords API Center of the manager account that you created. Let me know if you have further clarifications.

thanks for helping me, I created the manager account following the link you suggested, I've also been careful to click on Start Now on https://adwords.google.com/home/tools/manager-accounts/ 

I'm pretty sure what I created is a manager account, is there any way I can double check that?

A quick update on this, the account I was using has been registered as client account previously, for this reason I could not use it as manager account.

I tried to register a totally new account as account manager and it worked,
