Unfortunately this is not a feature in AdWhirl, but is available using AdMob Mediation. You can learn more about AdMob Mediation here and see the technical documentation here.

Let say :

If User is from among any of these counties , Pakistan, India, Bangladash ,and Dubai . they would be shown Admob else they would be shown iAd.

Can we configure that which ad network would be shown in which country ?
