Position Description

The Youth Program Instructor will focus on providing instruction during Growing Power's Summer Youth Corps Program, a six-week job training program focused on farming, community food system development and leadership opportunities for Chicago Teens.  The Youth Program Instructor will co-facilitate large group activities for 35 teens and provide lead instruction and supervision for breakout sessions of up to 17 teens in daily farmwork and nutrition, hunger, cooking, work readiness, food justice and food politics activities.
