Food Scrap Donations to Farms & Gardens

I saw in the Tribune that City Council approved an ordinance allowing people to donate food scraps to Chicago farms and gardens that have registered with the city. Does anyone know which gardens and farms are accepting donations for making compost? The only one I know of is City Farm's scrap donation program through the Logan Square Farmers Market... Thank you so much for your help!
