Are you at a turning point with your farm business? Angelic Organics Learning Center (AOLC) and the Liberty Prairie Foundation (LPF) are hosting an Upper Midwest CRAFT field day to explore the many facets of farm business transition and how to make them work for you. Whether you are looking to shift markets, change your land base, or transition from farming independently to managing a team, you will learn how to navigate making changes to your farm business from those who have experienced it firsthand.
The day will include a roundtable discussion between attendees and a panel of local farmers facilitated by Jen Miller (LPF Director, Farm Entrepreneurship) and Nathan Aaberg (LPF Director, Conservation and Working Lands). Discussion will take place over a potluck lunch and end with a farm tour of the LPF Incubator Farm and the FBDC fields. Please bring a dish to pass.
Please RSVP (members) or register (non-members) by Thursday, October 12th.
