Hi everyone,

I hope some of you will be able to join us on September 5 at Joliet Junior College for the Fourth Annual Mid-America Homesteading Conference.

You'll have 18 different sessions from which to choose, including three poultry sessions being presented by City Chicks author Patricia Foreman. Then, on Sunday, there will be two post conference workshops on Antiquity Oaks Farm in Cornell, IL -- one on raising goats presented by me and one one poultry processing at home presented by Pat.
