When I try to view PDF pages at a wide variety of web sites I get the "An internal error has occurred", then "error message 1 - An error occurred while loading the plugin 'PDFViewer', then "Error message 2 - Attempt to load "Accessing URL:http://www.xxx" has failed" I have redownloaded Adobe Acrobat 5 and Reader 5 several times. I drive a MacG4 with Internet Explorer. Any clues why I can't get this to work?

If your using OS/X I belive the PDFViewer plugin is not native, try the plugin at:

pdf viewer is a plugin that can be in the plugins folder of your internet browser folder. Sometimes when upgrading, the installation doesn't know where to go to delete the old pdfviewer and install the new one. There is a good copy of it in the Web Browser Plug-in folder in the reader installation, and by copying that into the correct plugin folder, it will enable pdfs to be viewed within the browser.
