using neural network and support vector machine for forecasting power consumption

Hello, I'm new to accord.net and c#. I wanted to use neural network and support vector machine libraries in accord.net to create a model so as to forecast power consumption. The dataset is a time series dataset and contains about 2million records. My question is: is it possible to achieve this using accord.net framework??
