Bootstrap example

Hi,

might be a real beginner question. I need to use bootstrapping for a growth curve. I tried to use the sample provided in the documentation but I think it's not the way I need it.

What I have are several data points over time in a sigmoid shape. What I want to do now, is to use bootsrap for CI determination. How would I do this best? A simple sample which brings me to the correct beginning would be enough.
