Hi,

I am wondering what would be the best way to run Abyss on a cluster with the SLURM scheduler. I have tried to run abyss-pe on multiple nodes but after a few days, no progress was made whatsoever. It was stuck on reading the files.

I also tried to run abyss-pe on a single node without the j option and without the np option. again very little progress!

Hi Salim,

That is very odd.  I'm not sure what it could be, other than file system problems.

Would you be able to post your job submission script and your full log input?  (Or you could send it in a private e-mail if you prefer.)
